Testosterone enanthate dosage calculator.

Testosterone enanthate comes pre-mixed in oil at a fixed concentration, so there is no reconstitution. Enter the mg/mL printed on your vial and your target dose. You get the exact volume to draw in mL and the units on a U-100 syringe. No rounding, no account, and the full math is shown.

How the math works

Three steps, no hand-waving.

Reconstitution is simple arithmetic. The only thing that matters is that it is exact, and that you can see every step.

1 · Concentration

Read the mg/mL printed on the vial. Testosterone Enanthate is pre-mixed in oil, so there is no reconstitution. Example: 250 mg/mL.

2 · Draw volume

Target dose ÷ concentration = mL to draw. 125 mg ÷ 250 mg/mL = 0.5000 mL.

3 · Syringe units

Draw mL × 100 = units on a U-100 insulin syringe. 0.5000 mL = 50 units.

Background

What testosterone enanthate dosing is

Testosterone enanthate is a testosterone ester suspended in oil, FDA-approved under the brands Delatestryl (intramuscular) and Xyosted (a subcutaneous autoinjector) for testosterone replacement (a Schedule III prescription medication). Like other esters, it is NOT reconstituted: the vial already holds a fixed concentration, commonly 200 or 250 mg/mL, printed on the label. The only math is your dose divided by that concentration to get the volume to draw. Its half-life is roughly 4 to 5 days, slightly shorter than cypionate. This calculator does that division exactly and shows the units on a U-100 syringe.

FAQ

Testosterone Enanthate dosage questions, answered.

How do you calculate a testosterone enanthate dose?

Divide your target dose in mg by the concentration printed on the vial (mg/mL) for the volume to draw in mL. Multiply by 100 for units on a U-100 insulin syringe. There is no bacteriostatic water step because the oil is already at a fixed concentration.

How many mL is 125 mg of testosterone enanthate?

It depends on your vial's concentration. At 250 mg/mL, 125 mg is 0.5000 mL, or 50 units on a U-100 syringe. At 200 mg/mL it is 0.6250 mL. Enter your own concentration above to see the exact draw.

What concentrations does testosterone enanthate come in?

Commonly 200 or 250 mg/mL, printed on the vial. The concentration sets how many mL a given mg dose works out to, which is what this calculator solves.

Why is there no BAC water for testosterone enanthate?

Bacteriostatic water is for reconstituting lyophilized powders. Testosterone enanthate ships as an oil already at its final concentration, so you draw directly from the vial; the math is just dose divided by concentration.

What is the half-life of testosterone enanthate?

Roughly 4 to 5 days after intramuscular injection, slightly shorter than cypionate. This is background pharmacology, not a dosing recommendation.

Is testosterone enanthate FDA approved?

Yes. It is FDA-approved as Delatestryl and as Xyosted (a subcutaneous autoinjector) and is a Schedule III controlled substance available by prescription. This tool is dosing arithmetic only; follow your prescriber's instructions.

How is testosterone enanthate different from cypionate?

Both are testosterone esters in oil with very similar use. Enanthate has a slightly shorter half-life (about 4 to 5 days) than cypionate (about 8 days). The draw math is identical for both.

Is this calculator exact?

Yes. It runs the division with no hidden rounding and shows the concentration and draw volume to four decimal places.

Is this medical advice?

No. This calculator performs arithmetic on the values you enter. It does not recommend a dose, schedule, or source. Follow the instructions from your prescriber or pharmacist.
