Lance Sessions has been running TRT + peptide + supplement protocols for years. The state of the art was a notes app, a Function Health portal login, a peptide subreddit thread, a chart from a Quest PDF, and a Sharpie on the vial.

Every health app he tried either capped how much he could log, refused to support research compounds, or paywalled the feature he actually wanted. The portals trapped his labs. The reminders forgot to fire. The reconstitution math required a third-party calculator with ads.

So he built Regimio. A privacy-first, on-device tracker for the user who already knows what they're doing. Not "wellness." Not "your health journey." A real tool for a real stack.

The user we built for

Marcus is 38, runs a $450/mo health spend, and currently uses five apps plus a Google Sheet to track his protocol. Alex is 34, stacks four peptides, and burns his ChatGPT context window on dose math. Sarah is 42, on a Tirzepatide ladder, and her clinic gives her a one-line text reminder. Maya is 47, on HRT, and every other app talks to her like she's 70.

Why "Regimio"

The name is built around regimen, rhythm, and a steady protocol. It survived 5 audit rounds against 19 candidate names because it feels ownable, clinical-not-clinical, and memorable without sounding like a clinic portal.

What we're not building

No social feed. No telehealth marketplace. No "AI doctor" chatbot that hedges every answer. No retail clinic partnerships that ride the data. We're a tool. The user runs their own stack.
