Peptides · private by design
The private peptide tracker.
Peptide protocols have real moving parts: reconstitution math, vial expiry, site rotation, multi-compound schedules. Regimio keeps all of it in one dark, fast logbook that lives on your phone. No account to create, no cloud to trust, and a one-tap wipe if you ever want it gone.
Free forever · no account · everything stays on your device
Real screens from the live app. What you see is what ships.

Are Peptides Legal in 2026? The Three Buckets That Decide
Peptides are not one legal category. FDA-approved drugs, compounded peptides, and 'research use only' vials each sit in different territory, and the FDA is re-reviewing seven of them in July 2026.
FAQ
Common questions.
Is there a free peptide tracker app?
Yes. Regimio's free tier is free forever: up to 3 active compounds with 90 days of history, including reconstitution, vial life, site rotation, and check-ins. Pro removes the caps.
Does Regimio upload my peptide data anywhere?
No. Logs are stored on your device. There is no account, no cloud sync by default, and no analytics on compound names, doses, or anything you log. The App Store privacy label is 'Data Not Collected.'
Can it track reconstitution and vial expiry?
Yes. Each vial stores its reconstitution (mg, BAC water, resulting concentration) and a 28-day expiry countdown. Doses logged from that vial use its exact concentration with no hidden rounding.
Does it work for multiple peptides at once?
Yes. Each compound has its own schedule, vials, and history, and the timeline shows the whole stack together. Multiple doses per day are supported without auto-completing siblings.
Is Regimio a dosing tool?
No. Regimio is a logbook: it records what you and your clinician decided and performs the arithmetic you ask it to. It does not recommend compounds, doses, or schedules.
Educational content, not medical advice. Regimio is a private tracker, not a dosing tool or medical device. Talk to your clinician about anything you read here. Full disclaimer
